Hurray for Hollywood!

Ernie, changed into his work boots and with a smile on his face, asked me if I wanted to meet the painters who were re painting the Hollywood sign with Sherwin-Williams new premium paint; Emerald. The park ranger smiled as I nervously backed down the mountainside in my dress shoes and dress pants. He told me to lean backwards and “trust the rope”. I was not about to miss this opportunity, but I was concerned that this would end badly, as I am not a rope smart person and there was little room for error.

IDAL “Represents” at the PDCA Convention in Las Vegas

This past month IDAL made quite a splash at the PDCA convention in Las Vegas, NV. Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino hosted over 600 professional painting contractors for 6 days of educational sessions, lectures, keynote addresses, round table discussions, product Expo, awards ceremonies and of course parties.
